Freshwater Amazon Puffer - 'Colomesus asellus'

The Amazon Puffer is highly coveted by Pufferfish fanatics as they are known as the "Friendly Puffer."  They're also commonly known as the South American Pufferfish or Bee Puffer.  

The Amazon Puffer is commonly kept in planted tanks with community fish commonly not compatible with Puffers, hence the name Friendly Pufferfish.
